9 – 11:45 am Entries may be brought into the arena

1 – 5 pm Indoor judging, only judges and committee people are allowed on the arena floor

5:00 pm Gate opens to General Public

5:30 Exhibits and concessions open

7 pm Official opening of the 2011 Fair, with dignitaries'

7:15 Youth talent show sponsored by the Bayfield Optimist Club in the auditorium
10:00 Arena Doors Close

9:00 Exhibits and Concessions Open
9:00 All inflatable activities open by the main gate ($3 per time) Run by Stanley Recreation Council and supported by Tuckersmith Communications Co-operative and the Bayfield Optimist Club
9:00 Western (Light) Horse Show in the main ring
10:00 Sheep Shearing in 4H Arena
11:00 Parade on Main Street with major sponsors: Municipality of Bluewater and the Bayfield Lions Club
12:00 Stratford Police Band and Clinton Pipe Band in tent area.
12:00 - 5:00 Wiggle Cars in the arena
12:00-4:00 Children's Games
12:00-3:00 Face Painting
12:00 4-H Dairy Achievement Day sponsored by United Communities Credit Union
1:00 4-H Sheep Club Competition sponsored by United Communities Credit Union
1:00 Register for the pedal Mini Tractor Pull
1:00 Refreshment tent opens
1:00 Baby Show for 0-6 months old in the arena
1:30 Craig Douglas (Juggler) in the tent area
2:00 Pedal Mini Tractor Pull in the tent area
2:30 Pet Parade by the tent area
3:00 Dog Agility Demonstration by Pawstitive Effects Training Solutions in the side show ring
4:00 - 7:00 Beef Barbecue in the auditorium
9:00 - 1 a.m. BX93 Country Video Dance Party

12:00 - 3:00 Face Painting and Ballooning in the arena
12:30 Birds of Prey Demonstration followed by Presentation in the side show ring
1:00 Jamboree in auditorium (Cost $5)
1:30 Dog Agility Demonstration by Pawsitive Effects Training Solutions in the side show ring
2:30 Bicycle Demonstration in the tent area
3:00 Birds of Prey Demonstration in the side show ring
3:30 Draw for Bicycle
4:00 Displays and exhiits can be removed
